■FRI Feb. 15

Depart Shinjuku West Exit Bus Terminal (in front of the Shinjuku Subaru Building) at 11:30 pm. Sleep on the bus.

OR
Depart Osaka Station at 10 pm and Depart Nagoya station at 1 am. Then sleep on the bus.


■SAT Feb. 16
-7 am arrive in Hakuba
-Change Clothes at the Hotel
-Rent equipment (if necessary)
-Hit the slopes for a full day of skiing!
- Dinner at the Hotel
-All-You-Can-Drink Party & Underwear Fashion Show!
-We'll have access to the Ski Lodge's open-air hilltop Hot Spring Onsen until 24:00.

Your Choice: another 1/2 day on the slopes or just relax in the Onsen!

3 pm: Bus back to Shinjuku, Nagoya & Osaka
7:30 pm: Arrive in Shinjuku

Gay Ski Weekend will have a maximum of 150 people, so make sure you reserve your space early!



There will be an optional pre-party event for all Gay Ski Weekend participants on Sat. Feb 2nd 2008.

This charity event is organized to support the Japanese LGBT community. All of the proceeds will go to help GayJapanNews, a free informational service, and IGLA, the International Gay and Lesbian Association.

If you are not interested in skiing or snowboarding, you can deduct 3,000 yen for the cost of the lift ticket.
